Although our name says “Plumbing”, we have been in the Highway Construction Industry for over 30 years. Throughout those years, we have received numerous awards for the quality of our work including DBE Contractor of the Year from SCDOT. ”SPC” is a long standing member of Carolinas AGC and our owner, Sarah Paul (Sally) is a former AGC Board Member.
